What does a Kildare ber assessment entail

Initially, we perform an energy survey on your house. We measure all the heat loss elements of your house, while

If certified documentation is not available the surveyor will be forced to use default values for the year of construction.

After all the BER cert information is inputted into the DEAP program. We then publish the BER the SEAI’s website which costs the BER assessor €22.50. The BER cert can then be sent to the client in email format.
